General Policy for Returns

Defective or Damaged Merchandise WILL BE REPLACED.
WELL GO USA, Inc stands behind what we sell. We guarantee that you will be satisfied with our services and products. You have 30 days to return any item or items in their original package from the date of purchase. We will ship another at our own expense upon return of the defective items. However, a 15% restocking fee will be imposed on all returned items that are not defective.
15% restocking fee will be imposed on all returned, undeliverable or refused shipments. We will notify you via E-mail of your refund once we have received and processed your return. You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges and restocking fees.
We must uphold this policy because we in return have to pay restocking fees on these items.
Here are the rules to follow for your return:
- You must request a return for refund within 30 days after the invoice date. No refunds after 30 days.
- Each return MUST have a RMA number, the "Return Merchandise Authorization" number. Please write down the RMA number on the outside of the box or package when you return your merchandise.
- One RMA number can only be issued for one invoice. If you have different items from different invoices, then you need to request for a different RMA number for your returns.
- When returning product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. You are responsible for insuring the returned item. WELL GO USA, Inc will not be responsible for any shipping cost from a returned item.
- Customer must inform WELL GO USA, Inc of any order discrepancy within 7 days of the delivery date.
- All return (s) must have the original packaging and accessories that the merchandise came with. Cost of missing cartons and accessories will be charged to the customer.
- The shipping cost is non-refundable. Buyer is always responsible for return shipping costs and insurance; WELL GO USA, Inc will not reimburse any customer for return shipping cost.
- Defective Karaoke, DVD, VCD players, microphones and all electronics will be exchanged for identical items.
- Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return.
- WELL GO USA, Inc reserves the right to refuse the service that void the return policy.
- Please note that not all items are covered by our return policy.
- We suggest you read the complete return policy before you make your purchase.
Return Policy for Refunds
You may return most items sold by WELL GO USA, Inc within 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund. Please include the following information: a copy of your invoice; if you don't have the invoice, then please include a note with your order number or RMA number. Please note that all items for a refund must be returned in "as new" condition in the original packaging and include all accessories, blank warranty cards, UPC codes (attached), and user manuals. A 15% restocking fee may be applied to all returns for a refund if the return is a result of your error. We will refund your credit card account within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item. DVDs, VCDs and CDs are returnable only if unopened, incorrect or defective.
We cannot accept returns of certain items for a refund, including:
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Due to the nature of Software sales and copyright laws, any DVD, VCD, CD (movies, TV series, music, karaoke, etc.) discs and software that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap) unless the item is defective.
- Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or has missing parts.
- Any DVD, VCD and CD media that has been custom printed by customers on the surface of the media.
- Any DVD or CD samplers.
Return Policy for Exchange or Replacement
At WELL GO USA, Inc there is a 30 day period from the date of receipt for product replacement or exchange. If you would like an exchange, the item(s) returned need to be unused/unopened and within warranty. You will also need to include the return item(s) with the new item number that you would like for exchange. If there is a difference in the cost, please refer to the payment method for the difference. If you do not include the required information with your return you will be contacted by one of our customer support representatives. Replacement can be made for the same products and same brand (e.g. cd, dvd, vcd, karaoke players, dvd players, etc.). Sender bears shipping cost.
Return Policy for Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please provide WELL GO USA, Inc with the Invoice number and the product condition within 14 days of delivery at info@wellgousa.com to obtain an authorization for return. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
If WELL GO USA, Inc authorizes a return, we will provide a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and instructions for sending the defective item back. Damaged/defective items must be returned to us securely packaged and wrapped.
After we receive the item, we will examine and test the defective item(s). If the defect is found, we will ship you a replacement, otherwise, the original items will be returned back to you.
Defective titles/products will be replaced with the same title/product only.
Warranty Information
Please note that we have a 30 days money back warranty and all products are sold with their respective manufacturer's warranty. Please note that warranty periods and services vary from manufacturer and product.
Return Shipping Cost
In order to keep our prices low and competitive we are unable to issue a refund for any return shipping charges. You will be responsible for the cost to return any item(s) back to WELL GO USA, Inc for processing for either a refund or exchange.
Restocking Fee
A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund if the return is the result of your error. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Canceled order or address errors
Canceled orders must be emailed to info@wellgousa.com before 11 a.m. CST (one business day after order was submitted) to avoid cancellation fee (shipping cost). For any package that was refused by customer or any items returned to WELL GO USA, Inc due to incorrect address, action, inaction or absence of the recipient, WELL GO USA, Inc will provide a refund less any shipping charges.
Return Procedure
You must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number within the guarantee return period for the products, and all RMA must be submitted online (RMA Request). WELL GO USA, Inc will not accept returns without prior authorization or a RMA number. RMA numbers are valid for 15 days. All RMA numbers should be displayed on the return shipping box or package.
Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to WELL GO USA, Inc. Customers agree to pay all shipping charges and accept all risk of loss for the return products during shipment. Customer agrees that all returned products will be 100% complete, in re-saleable condition, and will include the original packaging material, manuals and other accessories provided by the manufacture. WELL GO USA, Inc will reject the entire return or may choose to impose additional charges against the customer for replacement of any missing component or if the product has scratches, dents or excessive wear. Please allow 7 to 10 business days to process your returns.
All Clearance products purchased from WELL GO USA, Inc will not be accepted for returns or exchanges.
